FlexPay Attracts World-Class Clients at F1 Grand Prix

The Formula One World Championship has been one of the premier forms of racing around the world since its start back in 1950, enticing fans with the world’s fastest road-course racing cars.

In 1967, Canada joined the F1 party, hosting its first race in Bowmanville, Ontario. Eleven years later, the Canadian Grand Prix was permanently moved to Notre Dame Island in Montreal, Quebec.

In 2005, the Montreal Grand Prix was the world’s third most-watched sporting event, beat only by the SuperBowl and UEFA Champions League Final.

Seizing the opportunity to attract potential clients visiting Montreal for the 2018 iteration of this elite racing event, FlexPay sponsored both a private box for the F1 race itself and a premier spot at the F1 sponsored private closing party at the historic Auberge Saint-Gabriel hotel on the final evening.

In addition to celebrating our existing partnerships and clients, several new relationships were birthed, converting to official contracts with FlexPay shortly thereafter.

Acceleration, indeed.
