To set up your FlexPay account and begin decline salvage, our team needs access to your Stripe Secret Key. This key enables real time recovery for your payment failures.
To obtain your Stripe Secret Key, first you need to login to your Stripe account. In the dashboard view, navigate to the left side menu and first click on ‘Developers’ and select ‘API keys’. This will display a screen on the right-hand side.
Under ‘Standard keys’, you will see ‘Secret key’ and a button named ‘Reveal live key’. Click on the button and it will display the secret key.
Copy your secret key and send it to our team. It’s that easy!
